TUNIS, Tunisia, November 30, 2005 - Cellicium, the premier provider of USSD Browsing solutions, today announced that Tunisiana, a leading mobile service provider in Tunisia, has successfully launched Cellicium's `Please Call Me' interactive USSD service for pre-paid users. This fast, user-friendly service enables pre-paid customers lacking credit to send a free SMS message requesting to be called by the recipient, opening previously inaccessible revenue sources for network operators.

Appropriately named `Otlobni,' which means `Call me' in Arabic, the service has been widely publicized and well received among Tunisiana customers with a reported 200,000 users employing the service within the first week of functionality. In the second week that number doubled to almost 400,000 users.

"We are very pleased with the initial success of `Otlobni,'" said Sébastien Desquilbet, president and CEO of Cellicium. "Tunisiana has given us an exceptional opportunity to demonstrate the mass market potential of USSD services."

Thanks to the teamwork and proficiency on both sides of the project, "Please call me" was easily and quickly integrated into Tunisiana's existing network. "The ease of the product's installation and set-up is reflective of Cellicium's reputation as an experienced, knowledgeable and reliable USSD solutions provider," stated Tunisiana's CTO Hisham Siblini.

The `Otlobni' service is simply accessed when the user enters the code *123* followed by his contact's mobile phone number and # (e.g.: <*123*221234# >). Seconds later his contact receives an SMS message requesting the user be called and, in turn, the user receives a message confirming the successful execution of the service.

As with all of Cellicium's USSD Browsing applications, the service has mass-market appeal since it is accessible through almost all legacy handsets without any modifications or specific SIM cards. USSD is a low-cost bearer introducing additional small revenue applications to low ARPU customers, therefore turning users into active data service consumers.

Tunisiana

Created in May 2002 with 330 millions Dinars in capital, Tunisiana began selling mobile service subscriptions in December 2002 and obtained 1 million subscribers by December 2004. Tunisiana is the only private mobile service provider in Tunisia. In 2005 their network coverage extended to 99% of the population. As of 30 September 2005, Tunisiana reported serving more than 1,9 million subscribers.
