DAKAR, Senegal, November 30, 2005 - Cellicium, the premier provider of USSD Browsing solutions, today announced that Sonatel Mobiles, Senegal's Mobile telecommunications services provider, has successfully launched Cellicium's `Please Call Me' interactive USSD service for their Alize pre-paid users. This fast, user-friendly service enables pre-paid customers lacking credit to send a free SMS message requesting to be called by the recipient, opening previously inaccessible revenue sources for network operators.

"'Please Call Me' is an inventive approach to exploring untapped revenue," said Sonatel Mobiles's Product and Services Manager Laurent Marie Kiba "It is a smart service for both our company and our customers."

"Cellicium is pleased that Sonatel has selected our product `Please Call Me'," stated Sébastien Desquilbet, CEO and president of Cellicium. "USSD applications like `Please Call Me' offer the speed and reliability demanded by customers with the mass-market reach needed by operators."

The free service is available to Sonatel Mobiles's Diamono (pre-paid) users with credit equal to, or below, 50FCFA (0,07 Euro) and can be executed a maximum of ten times in a 14-day period.

It is easily accessed with the string code #120* followed by his contact's mobile phone number and # (e.g.: < #120*5690123#>). Seconds later his contact receives an SMS message requesting the user be called and, in turn, the user receives a message confirming the successful execution of the service. Alternatively, the service is also available through a menu interface by entering #120#, which displays the number of free messages he has remaining with the service.

Further strengthening the ability of Sonatel Mobiles' customers to keep in touch, the service is only available within the Sonatel Mobiles' community of Alize users.

As with all of Cellicium's USSD Browsing applications, the service has mass-market appeal since it is accessible through almost all legacy handsets without any modifications or specific SIM cards. USSD is a low-cost bearer introducing additional small revenue applications to low ARPU customers, therefore turning users into active data service consumers.
