The company

Cellicium was created in January 2001 by three former executives of the telecom industry. Our core business is to design and operate service platforms on behalf of mobile telecom operators. We are bringing state-of-the-art software engineering techniques and the reactiveness of a small company into the closed world of telecom networks.

Cellicium is headquartered in the south of Paris.

Software developers

We are looking for talented programmers with a background in concurrent/distributed software. Knowledge of advanced programming techniques such as functional and distributed languages (ML, Erlang) is a plus. Our current projects include:

• Improving our high-availability distributed software platform.
• Implementing services that will be deployed to millions of mobile customers. Requires knowledge of SQL, XML and either Erlang or any HTTP-based framework (PHP, servlets, ...).
• Improving our sophisticated testing/benchmarking tools.

System architects

We need engineers with experience in Linux/BSD/Sun clusters, high availability, fault tolerance, distributed databases and security. Knowledge of telecom protocols (SS.7, SMS-C protocols, X.25) is a plus.

Interns

Students with demonstrable experience in any of the above-mentioned fields are welcome to apply for interships.
